In this 25 minute video you will see me creating a central dowel, layering up my sponges, preparing my additional tiers and stacking a three tier cake. This video DOES NOT contain any verbal or written instructions. It is perfect to use along side my Stacking Cakes Using a Central Dowel Guide.

- The video was filmed on two separate occasions. The first half which shows the process of making a central dowel and preparing your sponges was filmed whilst I was making one cake and the stacking part was another cake.
- Normally I do a buttercream dam but in this video I am doing a ganache dam as it was for a semi naked cake - either is fine.
- Normally I use Eezee dowels for my additional tiers but in this video I am using PME wooden dowels.
