In this 1.5 hour demonstration you will learn how to confidently fill and cover a single tier cake in white chocolate ganache, to achieve a sharp and smooth semi naked finish.

You will learn:

• How to fill and layer a cake to ensure it is structurally sound with only a small layer of ganache covering it
• How to make whitened white chocolate ganache
• How to apply a whitened coat of ganache to create a semi naked effect
• How to ensure you don’t get crumbs in your ganache
