In this 1 hour demonstration you will learn how to use the panelling method to cover your cake in fondant to create a flawless finish with sharp edges and smooth sides.

• The best way to prepare your cake for fondant (this will be talked about not demonstrated)
• Types of fondant to use and must have equipment 
• How to apply panelled fondant using 2 different methods 
• How to get a flawless finish
• How to make those seams disappear
