Isabelle, owner of Zaza Marcelle Cake Design and founder of the Modern Cake Society, will be sharing an introduction to her signature Caketisserie style - a fusion of patisserie and cake design that elevates both flavour and texture.

You’ll learn how patisserie-inspired techniques can be applied to everyday cake design, from using different sponges and fillings with fresh, creative flavours to exploring textures that transform the eating experience. Isabelle will also build a cake live, giving a behind-the-scenes look at her process and how simple techniques can take cakes to a professional level.
