In this 2 hour demonstration Charlotte from Perfect Cakes Co will walk you through how to create this elegant and modern fondant cake design. From architectural fondant lines, to autumnal palette knife ganache flowers, this demo will be jam packed with new skills, hints and tips. 

You will learn:

• How to create architectural fondant cake designs with fondant that stands up above the cake
• How to make white chocolate ganache for palette knife flowers
• How to create multiple varieties of palette knife ganache flowers 
• Tips of palette knife floral arrangements and colour palettes
• How to apply edible gold leaf 
• Tips for adding final details to make the design pop

Note: this demo will use dummy cakes but the principles apply to real cake
