You will learn:

• How to strengthen your fondant for freestanding fondant designs
  
• How to create a subtle marble effect
  
• How to apply fondant using the panelling method
• How to add structured line textures
• How to shape and apply architectural fondant panels to a dummy cake (principles are the same for a real cake)
